Episode 85: "Reaganing"
Tuesday Aug 25, 2020
Tuesday Aug 25, 2020
Sit down, and make yourself comfortable on the couch, as we're diving into Liz's psyche on this week's Go To There. As Jack is having a perfect day fixing any and all problems coming his way, he of course bumps into Liz Lemon who's having a rough day. Can he get to the root of her sexual issues and fix her?
Elsewhere Tracy is shooting a commercial for The Boys and Girls Club and naturally given his improv background and process, problems arise and he's a headache for all involved. Finally, back at 30 Rock Jenna and Kenneth start running a short grift to help raise money for Kenneth's family back home, but perhaps go to far once Kelsey Grammer joins their crew.
This week's episode finally cracks the proverbial lid on Liz's hesitancy to talk S-E-X, but will Jack like the can of worms he unleashes?

Episode 84: "Live Show"
Tuesday Aug 18, 2020
Tuesday Aug 18, 2020
This week's Go To There is light on plot but heavy on solid, if not risky, production in 30 Rock's first live show! As liz Lemon turns the big 4-0, the entire cast and crew of TGS and 30 Rock have forgotten about it, and leave her feeling rejected.
Elsewhere Tracy learns of 'breaking' and insists on committing to it as the show goes live, whereas Jack has tried to commit to a period of sobriety. If Avery cannot drink while pregnant, Jack aims to join her in solidarity, but he finds it hard to do so as he hits a wall very soon and early into his commitment.
We sought out to include any and all changes from the East and West coast versions of this episode that weren't strictly visual bits, so join us on this live version of the show behind the show we all know and love.

Episode 83: "Let's Stay Together"
Tuesday Aug 11, 2020
Tuesday Aug 11, 2020
After 5 seasons, someone finally asks the question: "why is NBC so racist?" Congresswoman Bookman (Queen Latifah) of Rhode Island asks this very query to Jack as the Kabletown merger gets closer and closer, causing him to scramble and display as much forced diversity and tokenism as possible at 30 Rock.
This is bad timing for Liz, as she's already feeling underappreciated at TGS, but Jack's sudden promotion of Toofer to co-head writer brings out El Tejón in Liz. Finally, Kenneth is trying to return to the Page program at NBC, but finds it's much more complex, but Jenna sees an opportunity; an opportunity to be the stage mom she always wanted to be.
So grab your Magnolia Bakery cupcakes, study up on your vertical integration, and enjoy this week's Go To There!

Tuesday Aug 04, 2020
Season 5 continues at 30 Rock as Liz's newfound relationship confidence has her getting catcalled and a newfound power that's also a double-edged sword. Elsewhere Tracy is in a race against time, and trivial knowledge, as Angie has gone into labor and he must be there to greet his new daughter.
Finally Jack and Avery learn the sex of their upcoming child, but it forces Jack to come to terms with his age and where he'll be in life as they grow older. Starting a video diary, can Jack prepare his child for every single opposition that may face them in life? Can Liz's new abilities wow the editing team, or will Richie (Paul Giamatti) spread an ugly rumor about them?
Tune in to this week's Go To There and find out, because everything about this is disgusting!

Go To There Update: Week Off
Sunday Jul 19, 2020
Sunday Jul 19, 2020
Hey there nerds, as this .MP3 will tell you, we're taking a week off. But if you're unable to listen to it, I'll summarize below:
We had some real life complications prevent us this week from doing what we do at Go To There, and so we're skipping a week to allow one host's shoulder to get better from their biking accident, as well as for us to move into our new home. We expect everything should be back to normal next week and we can continue this journey through 30 Rock with the season 5 premiere: "The Fabian Strategy".
We hate missing episodes and not doing this, but sometime life just prevents you from doing what you want, and make you do what you need. Sorry dummies, but we'll be back next week nerds!

But she might overshare too much when pushing Wesley away that she may lose Carol in the process. Meanwhile, back at 30 Rock, Kenneth aims to do a bad job to prevent his promotion from pushing him to California. Will his antics work, or cost him everything?
It's hard to believe we're now over halfway through this series, and still so many laughs ahead. Season 5 will start up next week, and that means new adventures for the gang and us at Go To There; we have stories to share too, so come back next season!

Tuesday Jun 30, 2020
Tuesday Jun 30, 2020
It's Mother's Day at TGS and 30 Rock, and due to NBC's decision to re-air the controversial show: Bitch Hunter. Naturally this creates a number of chaotic and outrageous scenarios for Liz and her crew.
Jack's mother Colleen (Elaine Stritch) is in town and confirms that he's not only dating the niece of friend she knows, he's also dipping his wick in the company ink and learns of his relationship with Avery. Elsewhere, Liz's mother confesses to her that she gave up a chance to marry (Buzz Aldrin (assumingly her mother's "Astronaut Mike Dexter") but learns that may have been for the best.
The rest of the TGS crew have their own mother's day antics to get into, so join Go To There as we dive into each one in this week's episode!
