Some people say "you should never meet your heroes", but for Liz Lemon, meeting Rosemary Howard was for the best of her career and personal life. Rosemary being a pioneer of the entertainment industry for women, breaking barriers and making it so people like Liz could even have a job at somewhere like 30 Rock and TGS is important, but Liz soon learns that being the first can have severe symptoms as your career goes on, or doesn't. Meanwhile Jack and Tracy work through just a small microcosm of Tracy's "daddy issues" all entailing a variety of Black TV stereotypes and tropes.
